WAYFINDING + SIGNAGE DESIGN

Art Market San Francisco is a contemporary and modern art fair that visits San Francisco's Fort Mason every spring.  I was brought into this project after the basic parameters of the fair brand had been established, so my primary duties were producing assets like signage and books, and refining the branding to be as clean and sharp as possible.  Art Market San Francisco is known as a fair put on by New Yorkers, so the brand really reflects that urban feel.

This entrance banner replaced a solid yellow banner designed by my predecessor, because of the tight timeline onsite this banner had to be redesigned in twenty minutes, with only vague specs and a low-res photo--quite a challenge!  I also installed it.

I also designed all the signage at the fair.
I also designed this fifty page fair guide.

I love designing these trifold maps!  The branding of each fair always includes some featured artwork, and this photograph of Paul Villinski's metal butterfly sculptures worked great wrapped around all three sides.
I also designed their ad campaigns, this one was printed in the Wall Street Journal.
