We were entrusted by the marketing firm Old Salt to give a facelift to branding they had recently built for their launch.  We retained the name and nautical theme, delved deeper into positioning, and created a memorable and modular brand identity based around nautical symbols and language.

Our process focuses on client ownership and collaboration, particularly in positioning and persona development, and we worked side-by-side with the founders to build an identity they'd be proud of.  Small businesses need brand identities that are easy to use, so we stripped this down to the studs and focused on simple type and layout systems and design devices that could be used modularly.
